    Open days

Are the general QMUL open days much use for prospective medical students? I couldn't make the medical school open day but I was debating going to the general open day at the end of this month to confirm my choice before sending in the UCAS form

Yes. I would imagine that you would be shown the QM campus including the halls and the BMS building. However, I don't think any medics or BL admissions staff would be around. You could however always pop into the BLSA (walk down Whitechapel Road, turn left at A&E) in the evening where you'll find medics who'll be more than happy to have a chat with you.

The QMUL open days are for prospective medical and non medical students. It gives you a general feel of the campus. Mainly, yhe students' union, library, careers service, Learning resource centre. However, we do not show halls of resident from the inside.

There will be admissions staff from Medicine/Dentistry at the open day.
