    For sure.

I must admit that I was a little touchy about revealing my plans to begin with - it was a serious public climbdown to tell people that I was leaving the law, never mind that I was going to try for medical school.

A few of my friends think I'm utterly demented. The rest of the people that I've told have been good about it.

I was reluctant to tell people about my med school plans at first cos I thought that they would think I was crazy or ungrateful for what I already have. I was amazed (still am) by how positive everyone has been.

There are Alot of ppl out there that decide to have second careers. If your not getting satisfied, then it's a good time to change over to something else.

    Whoah, thread necromancy!
Normally we don't reply to comments on old threads because whoever commented has long since moved on from whatever they were talking about, unless its a general thread for that purpose

Am in total agreement, about the benefits of starting a career anew and applying as a grad, just maybe check the date of the last comment before replying.
