Imperial College School of Medicine Trauma Conference, London, 8th and 9th November 2008 in association with ICSM-EMSA

Trauma Conference is an event targeted at medical students which aims to give them a better idea about front-line A&E medicine; the teaching of which is often scarce in the medical school’s curriculum.

We are inviting International students to give a 10 minute powerpoint presentation on Friday 7th November on your countries most significant contribution to medicine and/or surgery. If you are interested in participating, please submit a 250 word abstract on this topic by 15 September 2008 to surgical.soc@imperial.ac.uk. You will then be notified if you have been shortlisted and will be invited to participate in the evening. Participants can present as a pair; and a maximum of 2 pairs of participants per country will be shortlisted and they each get offered a sponsored full ticket to Trauma 08.
