    Motor axons

Why is the conduction velocity of motor axons calculated from the difference between the measurements of the times between two stimulus sites rather than the conduction velocity to the muscle itself?
    I'm so confuseddd
    Help will be appreciated
    Thanks

What difference does it make? You want to know how long it takes a signal to travel between two points.

Surely you would rather have a standard measure of when the signal arrives, rather than rely on the potentially ambiguous moment of a muscle twitch?
