    Visualising the inguinal canal

No matter how many times I read about it, I just cant visualise it. Finding it rather difficult to orientate myself.

Has anyoen got any good pictures or resources to help me get a 3d picture of it in my head, with regards superficial and deep rings, and the surrounding anatomy.

    Thankyou so much!

    It's tricky

If you combine the description of the surfaces (top: Internal muscle, superficial: Aponeuroses of external and internal, bottom :inguinal canal, deep: transverse facia) found on wikipedia with a diagram found in moore and dally you get a good idea of what it looks like.

Alternatively stick your finger in your own
