    Ulnar means related to ulna bone e.g. ulnar nerve

    Although its not too obvious in that case, it'd be like calling the radius the radial bone.

    I think we're talking about the ones you can see that's not the olecranon.

    The olecranon is is the ulnar prominance that inserts between the epicondyles of the humerus, the lateral borders of the elbow are the medial and lateral epicondyles. The olecranon would be the inferior border if the elbow is in the fully flexed position (the bit you rest on the table). The picture shows the Medial Epicondyle.
