Someone can give me a advice for this subject.

I'm study the physiology of membranes and I need a specific book for this...

    Anyone?

I think the above two are a bit random :-)

For an introduction to membrane potentials, action potentials, muscle contraction etc try:

    "The Physiology of Excitable Cells"
The Physiology of Excitable Cells: David J. Aidley: Amazon.co.uk: Books

    or

    "Nerve and Muscle"
Nerve and Muscle (Studies in Biology): R. D. Keynes, D. J. Aidley: Amazon.co.uk: Books

    or

"Cellular Physiology of Nerve and Muscle" (I particularly liked this one)
Cellular Physiology of Nerve and Muscle: Gary G. Matthews: Amazon.co.uk: Books

But most standard general physiology books have quite good chapters on this anyway!

Molecular biology of the cell 5th edition, alberts et al. has plenty of info abotu cell membranes. Your unlikely to find a specific book that discusses just membranes in the way you want since its a niche topic with massive amounts of overlap with other areas.

e.g. action potentials in neuronal signalling, lipid rafts in membrane fluidity and transport, membrane composition of neuroglia in demyelination disorders, membrane proteins, membrane as a fuel source (e.g. phosphatidylinositol --> DAG + IP3, catalysed by phospholipase C etc.)
