Frederic Martini - Fundamentals Of Anatomy And Physiology

Has anyone bought this textbook? It has been recommended to me (starting Foundation Year Medicine in September), but there seem to be a million different versions. Any idea which one I should get? I've been looking at 2006 7th edition for about £50.

Thanks!

Surely you can get it for less than £50?

Its a good, solid book. Depending on where you're at medical school, it may not be enough detail, but I imagine if you're doing a foundation year, it'll probably be at an adequate level.

However, the general consensus is to try before you buy. And to try in September instead of irrationally purchasing textbooks recommended before you start medical school. There are so many other A+P textbooks out there.

Martini is however my favourite A+P textbook.

My views do not represent any of the above organisations, nor do they represent the Estonian Rugby Union's, and they probably don't even represent my own opinions.
