EXPERIENCE is a hard teacher because it gives the test first, the lesson afterwards......

There are some excellent anatomy DVD's available from Blackwells on-line service. They are called "Demonstrated Anatomy" and were created by our ex-head Anatomy Demonstrator - Dr Donal Shanahan. Dr Shanahan is an excellent teacher and his DVD's are well worth a look. They cost £50 but, it is one of the most worthwhile £50 I have ever spent. Incidentally Dr Shanahan has also created a group on facebook called "Applied Anatomy." The group was designed in order to discuss different ways of teaching and learning anatomy. Well worth joining!

Those videos of Professor Mirian Diamond's are really very good. I agree with about learning in the lecture room kinaesthetically.
