Good immunology?
I have recently discovered I have an allergy to learning immunology. Does anyone know any good notes on the inflammatory pathway and the basic functions of the immune cells that I can try to learn?
Finally Dr Bex, currently working as an F1 in paeds and loving it!

I have been meaning to read this rather in-depth looking guide, but I've not worked up the motivation as yet:

Failing that, 'Crash Course' isn't great, but 'At a Glance' immuno isn't too bad. Some people I know liked the relevant chapter in Underwood's Pathology.

New trends in Immunology
Dear Colleagues,
I have been promoting and researching the production of Artificial White Blood Cells. The idea is to take the Tactic of Offense versus Defence.
I am specifically referring to Antiretrovirals as the DEFENSIVE STANCE.
My research has brought me to the conclusion that creating artificial white blood cells and combining it in a glucose solution is the OFFENSIVE STANCE that the industry needs to adopt. Read more about it on http://khalidnatto.tripod.com/id22.html

Currently I am using a book called Immunology for Life Scientist, by Wiley Publisher, 2003. A nice book. Check it out, and if it might have the latest version.
