He didn't really say, just said I had 'big decisions' to make, which made me think he was saying no. Just on the UKCAT site now, deciding when to book and what not.
Ordered my copy of 600Q, some light reading
It will still be better than that 50 shades of Grey I wasted good brain power reading last week.
Does anyone have any idea of what days we will be in? I need to arrange childcare.I got a place at Stow!

I've got mine on the 24th, gonna start next week with the 600Q book and stuff from a website called Get into medicine, it has free practice questions and answers so its all good! Will post my result cos if its crap then have a long and hard decision to make.
See you all in August, UKCAT pending.

i signed up for medify. Its £25, but it has 1700+ questions, in the style of the UKCAT, i.e. calculator on the page.
Im doing 80 a day.

80 questions a day? That is commitment Barry, although I am just back from holiday and took some light reading with me (my ukcat book) haha. I am beyond excited. Medify? £25 sounds reasonable? Is that only for a month though? I also read that we do not need to stress too much about our ukcat scores as experience and grades will also account as a whole application, this puts my mind at ease slightly! Also I am sure we are only in mon/tue/wed for the course. Has anyone decided about their jobs yet? I am not sure leaving is the best option as funding from the college will not be a huge amount!
So much to think about.

Not sure. I think I will need to go in and a have a wee chat with admissions. Wouldn't do any harm. That is a great price for the year, do I just access the web site?

I'm going to stay on at work, working 8 hours on Saturday and 8 hours on Sunday...16 hours a week isn't too much, and if we're only in on Mon/Tue/Wed, there would be all day Thursday and Friday to study. If it does prove to be too much, you can always reduce your hours at work/quit...that's my plan anyway

I've signed up for that medify website Barry - it's really good. Thanks for the heads up about that one!
Has anyone received their bursary application form? I got an email from the college saying they were being sent out.
