Just out of interest and to get to know everyone. What're everyone's ages and backgrounds?
Im 21 years old from Cheshire and I did A levels in the wrong subjects for Medicine!

I'm 19 from yorkshire, I will be travelling by train everyday. *sigh*

Congratulations to all that have been offered places. For those that have not yet received notification of the outcome, I called the college this morning and was told that letters are still in the process of being despatched. Different campuses seem to approach this in different ways. Hope this helps.

I've just recently purchased a house in Manchester (Cheadle Hulme) with my partner after she had to relocate there for work (which is why I applied to Manchester access to med). Obviously we spent a bit of time researching the areas and looking at the best place to live - and more importantly the areas to avoid!

It all depends on your budget, which type of accommodation you're after, and distance from the college (I don't know if you have transport).
