Nice to meet you all today!
As the title says, lovely to meet everyone and to be able to share my excitement!
Just thought I would post the web address of the site I used to practice for UKCAT.
UPO = UKCAT Practice Online
It's pricey at just under £40 (discounted at the mo) but has a really good user set up and most imporatantly was the closest of all the practice tools I used with the greatest number of questions.
I found the Medical online revision resources for medical professionals site was not worth the money for me and was quite wide of the mark.
Anyhows, can't wait for friday so see you all then.

That's not too bad, at £40. I was looking at edmedica which is about the same. Certainly beats Kaplans £300!!!!
I really enjoyed today. It's so refreshing meeting people who have similar goals, and actually care about studying. Let's hope it lasts

Morning all! Yeah yesterday was really good. Here's a question do you think that care work either in a care home or people's homes is any good? I need the money but also need work experience at the same time.. :/

Morning! Yes personally I would have thought that would be good as care work is pretty relevant... maybe talk to Dawn though if you're not sure... I feel rather inadequate to say the least compared to all the years of experience that people seem to have!

I know yeah, I feel the same way about everyone else's experience!
I think care work would be very relevant. You would get a lot from it, and earn money too!!
I've been into a few GP surgeries today trying to get some shadowing work. Not a lot of joy
