Question about the Clinical Science course at Bradford University

Hey

Just wanted to ask a question about the Clinical Science course at Bradford. After the completion of Year 1, can I apply to other medical schools (via UCAS or not?) while trying to transfer to Leeds medical school?

Any information would be really helpful!

No I don't think so. I know the Clinical Sciences course at Bradford has an affiliation with both Leeds med school and HYMS. However, HYMS will only let you apply after year 0, and not after year 1.

Leeds will accept applicants from both year 0 and year 1, effectively giving you two shots.

However, I read somewhere that if you get rejected post-interview after Year 0, you can't apply again in Year 1. That's only something I read though. I called them to ask about this but didn't really get an answer as they said "You need to ask UCAS for this"

Don't take that for an answer.

Bradford Uni are the course providers, they should be able to answer this for you. Alternatively, try ringing Leeds up and ask them. Which med schools are you thinking of applying to?
