Wooo!! Congrats rob I really hope i get in. Does anyone know of a good place to stay the night before my interview, the travelodge near the place on google doesn't exist anymore, the 'maranatha' is booked out for march the 18th and the B&B i googled on the same street as the college is apparently private residence now. i Dont have a car so need somewhere near to the college and preferably the train station. Shtuck : (

hey guys, i applied like two weeks ago, just on the phone to them and they said my forms with the head of whatever it is! i have some okay experience as i am currently a first year Nurse at uni and i have fairly standard GCSEs....anyone think that will be enough? by the way congrats to everyone that got interviews, from what ive heard and read you have a real good chance of getting into once you get called up for one!

I actually applied for the Access to Dentistry course. I have average GCSEs (2 As, 2 Bs, 7 Cs) AVCE Travel and Tourism and AS Level History (both E - for Effortless Ior Even a year 7 could try harder). After 6th form I trained as a painter and decorator.

I do have 2 months full time experience working in a specialist dental practice in Sweden where I have lived for almost 2 years.

So being a university nursing student Im sure will stand you well but then again I dont know what they are looking for.

Got an interview on the 26th march, anyone else got the same date? I think if you ring up and ask about your application they might push for it cause i only sent it away 10 days ago or so and i rung up yesterday morning and was told it was still with the head of Department, checked my emails last night and i had an interview date and accomodation details and that! so a tip!

    Thanks!

I stayed @ the Premier Inn, it's not too far away from COWA...I don't drive either, got a taxi from Premier Inn on morning of interview to college, was only around £7, so that's always an idea...I think if you book the Premier Inn in advance it can be pretty cheap too.
