Me too! Have a place but hoping I won't need it, good to have a fall back option though.
    Might see you there.

oh its looking like you have a good shot at not needing it! I had an offer for Kings last year- but missed my Chem, then reapplied this year and have nothing so far - I really would rather not end up at COWA, but it's bound to be better than working in the civil service another year- if nothingelse it'll help applying a third time around!
Re-doing the GAMSAT in March to apply to GEM Ireland anyhow-fingers so tightly crossed that I'll get to uni somewhere soon - I'm sure you're the same, I've given up soo much to get here and it feels like it's slipping from my grasp! gutted xxx

Hay! Iv got my interview on the 22nd!
Im in a funny situation though! The course is for mature students, but I found out the age restriction has been lifted. so Im 17 and I gave it a bash and applied!!! Im ssooo chuffed!
But do you think my age will still play against me?
also, any tips on the interview will be welcomed!
    Thanks, Pete!

hey Pete, it might be best to get in touch with the universities your thinking of applying to as they may ask why your not offering a-levels? The interview isn't difficult really just know why you want to do the access course and let them know you have been in touch with the universities.

    Hope this helps

    Hi!
    Cool, thanks for the information!
So by contacting the universities, should I email them or call?
Plus, if I get in, will I possibly be the youngest there?
Also, is their Halls? Or is it only the list of residence provided by the college which is available?
    Thank yoo!

personally i would email them and call them that way you have it in writing and also get an answer pretty sharpish as they can take a while to reply to emails.

Your very likely to be one of the youngest on the course as last year you had to be at least 19.

and yeah i think that the only accommodation is on that list they send you, quite sure they don't have halls
