    no there's no way i can do it full time! I'm doing a full time degree in Multimedia computing aswell as this. I'm in my second year now so i really don't wanna mess up! Which is why i've left GCSE maths and english til next year! Dr bungle, how does dat distant learning work?

    Madimi, check out this link for manchester university. it doesn't say anything about the access course. and it says you need atleast 5 GCSE grade A's. did you have all that?

    I've rang leeds university and they told me i need atleast grade B for science.

    I've found another distant learning course! check this out people! it looks like double award science but i'm not sure. it might be single award! what do you think it is? shall i go for it?

    Have you contacted the unis you are applying to?? if not i strongly suggest you do because they are not really bothered on the whole in your circumstances but if they see you did access over two years, admin may reject your application automatically in the initial paper sift. Its all about commitment.

    Time is of the essence, the first exams start next week and the first assignment is already in, the 2nd due next monday. BUT before you sign off the option of tranferring, please take on board the fact that unis wont accept part-time courses, i asked and asked too.

    Btec applied science is equivalent to GCSE science
