any1 got onto BDS dentistry in uni (umist or other), with "access combined science"?

did any1 one of u or u know nay1 that got onto bds dentiry at university of manchester with the "access combined sciences" at MANCAT. I asked the biology teacher who would be teaching me at MANCAT and she said it would be more than enoguh to get me onto BDS dentistry. but not sure if she is just saying that, because got told they usually tend to do so. she also said i can get in with my current GCSE's which is C's for english, maths, science. i will study the units physics, biology, chemistry, english, Maths, IT on the ACCESS to combined science at MANCAT.

Ps isnt it weird, how is Acess to med and access combined sciences diffrent from each other, if they aree studying same units? is one harder than other? i asked but was toold they were the same, just access to med was for more maturer and with lesser grades.

The best thing you can do is ring the Manchester admissions people and ask. The chances of finding someone who has done the exact same thing as you are pretty low - and the chances of them coming along and posting here are lower still.
