Kings Lynn- offers from where?

Hi all.

This is my first post so I hope this works...

I have a place on the Kings Lynn course for 2006, which I'm really excited about and I'm looking for some stats on offer rates from the unis I'm hoping to apply to...

I'm a grad (2.1) looking to apply to the Cambridge 4 year (and maybe 5 as well if they let me), GKT 4 yr and Georges 5 yr. Does anyone know if anyone studying on the AtM course in the mighty Kings Lynn this year is applying or has offers for places on any of these courses?

Hello there! First of all congrats on getting onto the course in Kings Lynn. Im on the course at the moment and it really is a great course.
There are a number of people who have applied to all your choices. When you were at your Interview did you not go and see the notice board? It has a bog list up on all the applications/ offers from the past few years. If not i can get hold of this information off the notice board tomorrow. I see you want to apply to Cambridge.... twice..... I know of a few people who have applied to cambridge, a couple of whom have had interviews...... I also have one friend who has applied to cambridge for both course lenths, she has had an interview for both, But she is currently just finishing off her PhD at cambridge while on the access course, so you can see her advantage. I see you have a 2:1, well im not trying to discourage you but all my friends with 2:1 degrees all got rejected without interview, where as a number of my friends who have 1st class degrees have had interviews, thats just the experiences this year.
At the moment no one has offers apart from the people with linked UEA places so its going to be a little while b4 we know. However you have a good while to decide where to apply to.

Are you not going to apply to UEA? - All access students who apply to UEA are automatically given a interview! You'd be crazy not to apply!
