Thanks Medicine Woman, but I really don't need encouragement or praise for what I do here I appreciate it all the same, though - and yeah, I'm a 2nd year aberdeen medic like it says in the sig. I try to visit this place each day when I'm not travelling/on holidays/very very busy - it's more important this year, seeing how there are very few people from my year or the year below who regularly answer applicants' questions. It's quite scary to think what would happen if u had to rely on rumours and abdn medicine website alone ;-P

btw. I remember how helpful Keeno's (and other 'senior' medics') comments were when I applied myself over 2 years ago - so u're right, there are some good memories connected to this site

@lymjoel - this place is filled with undergrad applicants, a fair amount of them are internationals like urself - I can guarantee u're not the only one applying from Singapore, but I can't promise you're going to study with one of your fellow countrymen/women, should u receive an offer here. We have a few Asian students in my year, and I'm pretty certain there is one girl from Singapore amongst them.

just had my interview today, was very easy going and relaxed so to anyone who hasnt had it yet, dont worry about it. I met up with a load of 4th yrs while i was there and they seemed like a nice bunch. Aberdeen will definitley be an option for me if i get an offer! Good luck everyone
