no im not an international sorry im applyin to aberdeen soton liverpools lancaster course and sgul, where u applyin to and where u applyin from, and how much harder is it for an international to get a place

oh im an international, from malaysia, eerrr how hard it is for an international to get a place that im not so clear, but according to kensei's deductions, it's about the same as local students, there are 13 international spots for aberdeen... so........ [heart starts pumping hard again]..
oh im applying to aberdeen, manchester, sheffield, and birmingham. i guess aberdeen's the oni common choice between us, haha

yeh is aberdeen your first choice it used to be mine then i think southampton is now, manchesters a good med school I live in manch and i love the city just after 16 years I want a change, but anyway good luck seeing as international students have their own places and dont compete with me I hope u the best of luck and hope you get four offers

As for the notification - it usually depends on where u live - I was in Aberdeen so they only gave me sth like 10 days notice... if u were an EU applicant it might b few more weeks, and if u're an international app., they might give u a month or more (e.g. if u were in the US, nobody would expect u to arrive in Aberdeen in a 2 weeks time, they usually understand it requires some planning)

Just dying to hear anything now - I'm in Ireland, so if I get an interview I'm hoping I won't actually have to travel to Aberdeen on short notice, especially around January/February since I'll have Mock exams... But I'll do what I have to do!

In my interview, no they never. BUT they did ask what I liked about the course and I mentioned that then they asked for more details, why I liked the look of it and had I had any experience of anything like that or could I relate any experience to something similar.
