Jeezo, it's the same thing every year isn't it? I will say it again...

I had my interview on the 14th of March, got the letter at the end of February but I'm sure they don't stop giving them out until after that.

And I'm now a 3rd year medic here...

Btw you will also find out almost ALL of the offers are made at the end of March. So if you don't hear anything back until then, it's not the end of the world, far from it.
4th year @ Aberdeen..... although I will be doing a Bsc in September!

Yeah, I know a first year at Aberdeen who got her offer in August.... Definitely got lucky, but it's encouraging all the same
How's Aberdeen Keeno? Ah, I have no idea where to choose between there and St Andrews........ Is the student life good?
I was leaning towards St A for a while because of getting top move and try something new, but think I'd get bored in such a small place.
    Aberdeen - unconditional - 16/12 - yay!
Glasgow - unsuccessful - UKCAT too low
    Dundee - unsuccessful
    St Andrews - unconditional - 16/12
    Accepted St Andrews 18/3!

    Well done!
4 interviews - your bound to get somewhere if not all 4
The Aberdeen interview was quite informal, nothing too bad!

Urm I dunno what it's like compared to other uni's, but their is plenty of opportunities to get involved in societies etc if that's what you mean? As for other stuff your best bet is to visit. Nightlife here seems to be getting better as more varied clubs and things open. JP's is still a RUBBISH alternative to a union though!

As I said above your best bet is to visit both places!

My interview was the morning after my 18th Birthday..... My 21st Birthday is right in the middle of our end of 3rd year exams in March. You got off lightly

Had my Aberdeen interview on Wednesday.

Exactly as other people had described it-reasonable common sense questions in a very friendly format.

Advice: Don't be afraid to ask questions on the tour. Nobody, including myself, asked questions on our tour, and now I'm regretting it!

Why is the Suttie centre lecture theatre filled with various 'interesting' shades of green. That's why I want to know!

Depending on what you wanted to ask I'll have a go at answering.

I appreciate that- I think I'll wait til I have an offer though- I don't want to be too presumptuous!
