    Monday 21st "Film"

    Hey up guys...

    got told on joiners pack tht on the 21st there is a "film" at 9.30am. Any idea what it is about?

    Hey guys,

    The 'film' we had during our induction week last year was called 'The Doctor'. It basically portrayed the 'stereotypical' attitude of a surgeon towards patients and colleagues, and the change this doctor went through after a traumatic event in his life - i.e. you're likely to be shown something that's meant to provoke some thought about how a 'good' doctor should act.

    Not a bad movie as such, but it certainly wasn't a popcorn-and-coke type of film.

    ^I certainly was not expecting that at 9am on a Monday morning

    Unfortunately I am able to get into Aberdeen at 9pm...so will be missing it.

    That's unfortunate Aitch, sounds pretty interesting though! Thursday looks to be the busiest day in terms of things we HAVE to do during the day aswel.

    Yes it certainly does. I read your opening sentence as...."Thats unforgivable Aitch!"...I almost hung my head low!!

    I only got all my stuff about joining etc YESTERDAY...so I am not sure I shall have an ID card ready for me. Lets see!
