Has anyone gotten an interview and or an offer, already having obtained the grades AAB? I am in this position, and am really worried that I won't even get an interview.

    I have 6A*'s and 7A's
Done a fair bit of work exp and extra curricular stuff [including an OU course in heart disease]
    in the process of ukcat
oh and have an extra stupid full A-level in Physics [B]

    Thanks guys.

You have the grades already. Why are you worrying?

If your application and personal statement is good. You will get an interview. Simple as that

But these grades are shockingly good? Lots of people on these forums seem to underestimate themselves hugely for some strange reason.
Aberdeen first year, it's bloody awesome up here.

Even having AAB [Plus the B in the Physics A-level] at A-level is good enough?

Mind, I have already got these and am on a gap year, is that disadvantageous at all?

Is there anything that aberdeen looks preferably at?
Like Ukcat [though I think that's only 8% of the app, or so I hear]
Or I don't know, what you have done over the past year etc.

Just like Aitch said - Study Medicine at the University of Aberdeen
I think the 'Admissions' and 'Planning an application' sections would be particularly useful to u.
