Houseshare Available

I have a generous double bedroom available in my house (an ex manse) as part of a houseshare if anyone is still looking for accommodation for the start of term. I will be decorating it next week and it is appropriately fully furnished with attractive, solid furniture. (none of this Ikea melark with me!) The house is occupied by myself, my partner (a mature physio student), a female biomed student and an Ozzie guy who is pretty cool but is always away working/touring the world. We are perfectly located for the city centre (and for anyone like Andy and I, who row!) and are on all the major bus links for Foresterhill. I tend to cycle in at the moment but I would be happy to organise a car share with anyone heading in the same direction for the winter months.

Rent is 400/month, which includes all bills...Wifi internet, gas, electric, a WiiFit character, use of the gym and adoption by our little family is all included lol. I also have a rediculous collection of medical textbooks, the Acland DVD set (and, dare I say it, Grey's Anatomy!) and would be happy to share these with the right person The house is an excellent place to study, sleep and socialise over dinner/good coffee and really needs to be viewed to be appreciated!

Rent may be negotiated slightly lower if you are willing to commit to helping me with with housework or DIY.
