    Graduate applicant....still no news!!!

Can someone please offer any advice regarding aberdeen applications?I am a graduate with a 2.1 in Biomedical science and an Msc Molecular medicine and still no news! I'm holding on to the 'no news is good news' mantra but beginning to get anxious as I feel the time is running out to get interviewed!

    I wouldn't worry lollie,
I am applying as a grad and I only got my interview invite on thursday, so could just be making their way through the graduate applications just now.
Have you got interviews for anywhere else at the moment?

No, nothing yet unfortunately. U?? I applied for two graduate programs and two five year programs. I'm very worried incase I don't get accepted again (i applied last yr but messed up ukcat). My degree classification is high (69%) but my ukcat is bordering average. What are your grades?

Just Aberdeen for me at the moment, I have recieved 2 rejections but i'm not really surprised, and they wouldnt have been my 1st choices anyway.
My UKCAT was pretty poor tbh, lets just say less than 600, I never bothered with the grad programs as I wouldnt have had a look in with my score, but I think I would prefer to do the extra year as it is better paced and I feel I would cope better with it.
I am in my final year at the moment, but I am predicted to get a 2:1
I wouldn't give up hope yet... theres still plenty of time.

Ur lucky, an interview is half the battle!!! You easily swing it from there. Good luck!!

I was checking my aberdeen application today on the portal system and seen that it has changed to amber on the traffic lights!! Does this mean that they are gonna contact me soon regardless.

    I REALLY want an interview!!!!!!!!!!!
