Thought i'd post my interview questions up for you folks who have not been yet. I'm quite ill with flu so i can't remember every single question but i hope this is a wee help. All pretty general but good to know anyway.
Why do you wanna be a doctor?
What appeals to you about the course here?
Build your ideal doctor.
How would your best friend describe you?
How would your parents describe you?
What problems exist in the NHS other than lack of funding?
What do you want out of life other than to be a doctor?
How long do you think it takes to become a consultant surgeon?
What do you think are your worst qualities?
I was also asked about things in my personal statement and about me.
Think that was about it but if i remember anything else i'll put it up!
Thanks guys!
@FairytaleGirl - A doctor I know got married before she qualified and took on her husband'd surname. They then divorced a few years after the qualified but she is still known by her...
I'm worried about putting all my eggs in one basket. It's funny because that's what I've been doing for years!
As for how many people still hanging on by their fingernails, I've lost count!
