Aberdeen 2007 Outing?

Anyone up for 2007 medic outing? Keeno (see accepting offers thread) and I were thinking of going up to Aberdeen with large bunch of Aberdeen 2007 guys for one of their 'open door' days.

If Aberdeen is too far away then maybe Glasgow/Edinburgh?

At a glance maybe early in exam leave 10-12th May or more likely after AH chem. So 30th May-1st June and week after. The time after exams is also exam time up there though. Checked the prospectus and you can arrange private visits so if we go to Aberdeen it will be one of those I think.

presumably whenever you want one and as long as the uni is open. I was not meaning like an open day. If you look at the prospectus or website it says if you contact the SRAS you can book private visits. By 'Open Door' policy I meant you can theoretically visit when you want as long as you book in advance.

I wouldn't call it in idea. It was more of a conformist 'lets copy all of the other threads' moment Still the intent was there

I thought this idea died a long time ago. Seems was only Lexie and myself interested but if more people are interested then it may be renewed. Who knows. As for time... if in Aberdeen 8th June is really last possible day if you want to see uni. Personally I want a gander at accomodation. If in Edinburgh or Glasgow after 8th of June I can really only make weekends. Or you could just have a school outing of course

lol but that would be boring having a school outing (no offence alex ) as i know school people already! is the idea is dead then ok, even if we dont go up to aberdeen a wee meeting in glasgow or edinburgh would be good, are you glasgow or edinburgh side? xxxx

not bothered tbh but I can't go anywhere in Glasgow without getting lost. If it were to happen you would basically have to meet me at bus station!

erm so it would be a school outing plus me? I know one other person going up but he is on a gap year and working so I would need a concrete date before asking.

If you guys want to come to Edinburgh don't think it is worth effort purely to meet me. Will make it even more boring unless you plan an epic shopping trip or something

well my boyfriend is doing medicine in aberdeen to (purely coincidental lol) so he would probably come to which would give you a boy to talk to... shopping in edinburgh sounds grand for alex but im not much of a shopper...would rather be sailing or something glasgow is so easy to get around! its like 4 mains streets if that! xxxx
