Crombie Rules!!! (Anyone else's first choice?)

Just in response to Maggie's accommodation post, I think that Crombie looks amazing and it is the only one that has a proper ensuite as well as being catered. I am sure it is nothing to do with the fact that I go to private school because we are really very normal and most of us aren't snobby or particularly rich.

(Wooly Jones: suuure....)

Why go anywhere else? Hmmm... anyone know how likely we are to get our first choice?

I think with Aberdeen it's highly likely you'll get your first choice.

Most people I know who have gone to Aberdeen have got their first choice.

I go to a private school to but I don't want to go to Crombie because it is so prohibitively expensive. The rubbish accomodation at Keith, Esslemont, Hector Boece and Burnett beckons.... and I can cook to

trust me I am definitely not rich and hopefully not snobby either

I know love cooking but don't want the pressure in first year. I like Crombie cos its so central but I agree it costs a bomb *wince*.

I have my hospitality exam next week. it is so weird having it so early. Standard Crombie is £112 a week. So £50 a week more than the ones I am looking at. You can easily feed yourself on £30 even buying good stuff. So £20 a week over 38 is a saving of £760 ( the utility and 2 week retainer cancels out ). I mean you could take a rather nice holiday for that if you were so inclined.

But cooking a lot will be annoying. I sense a rota... unless the people I am sharing with are like a complete bunch of idiots. You won't have that problem

I suppose lol thought it was 108? anyways the catering is shared with johnson who apparently hate crombie and the food might be revolting so won't put my hopes up too much! Where do you like?
