I am rather ashamed to admit this but the only time i have been to the city was to go the interview and I got a taxi straight to the medical school. So I have no idea what the place is like
might take a megabus up and have a look around. Do you go live in Aberdeen or have you just visited?
Yes you may end up with someone like me... cue evil laugh

Lol
I know Aberdeen really well as my grandmother lives there so have been on family holidays there for yonks.
Apart from the fog and it being rather chilly sometimes it is gorgeous, not too big and not too small (obviously it depends where you live on that front but I live in Glasgow).
Elphinstone and Crombie-J are in the centre on campus whereas the other halls are quite far out. And since we are in Marischal for the first year it allows us to get up a tiny lie-in before our 9.00 lectures
!
You should go visit sometime before semester starts cannot wait for fresher's week!
