The importance of the UKCAT

I am a reapplicant and am getting my A- level results this summer.
If I get AAA/AAB and then say get a low UKCAT score <600 then what would the impact of that low UKCAT be on my application in terms of academic ability?

Last year i got an average of 593, but my AS results weren't too good (ABBB) therefore I think it was because of these 2 factors which made me unsuccessful. But if I get AAA/AAB then would a score of 593 still limit my chances?

Any advice would be much appreciated

cheers
