...saw a middle aged anaesthetist in a queue doon the job centre the other day....
looked at me kinda disgruntled and shifty, and snarled - 'you aint one of those physician assistants are you? Those goddarn physician assistants, taking away ma job and ma living! Hey, a docs got a free right to a job. Its been that way for centuries in this NHS that i trained in and worked for. So i hates 'em, them goddarn physician assistants!!'
