On the subject of finance, depending on how much money one needs to spend then the actual debt is variable. Although one may take out £30,000 in student loans in total and spend some. The remaining could be earning interest, which passively helps pay off some of the debt. The issue being if one enrolls in any degree with the aims to reapply for medicine afterwards but not succeed in the subsequent application. Then they would end up with a student loans debt. However, that's regardless of whether you apply to SGUL or not.

Offering sound alternative options is hardly "Georgies centric" behaviour. There's no sympathy for you considering you entered the discussion with a negative label on SGUL. Isn't this forum suppose to be impartial?

ANYWAY, the pro's and con's of the biomed course have been sufficiently listed and I hope this thread have answered the "original" query about the biomed course.
