Hey all,

I got my pack through today from sgul for A100, with the confirmation letter and the health check forms. However, im really worried as on the health check forms it asks if you have ever sufferd from depression and have had to take time off work. Earlier this year I lost someone close and went to the doctors for depression, although i was never prescribed any medications/ antidepressants, nor did i have any form of councelling etc. However at this time i took 4 weeks of work sick for this. It was only for this months spell and its the only time it has happened ( ie i am fine now).
However, im really worried this will affect my application, and that I might be seen as unfit to practice? I know i have to pu it down cos it says on the form you cannot conceal anything else your app may be terminated.
I was just wondering if anybody could explain whether this may prove a problem for me.
