tbh, you only really need to be fully vaccinated by the time you see patients on the wards - which is not till after christmas in your second year - so there is plenty of time to faf around with vaccines and Hep B titres once you get to Leeds.
If you do get it all done before hand - which may save some hassle as occupational health are not always the most straightforward department to have dealings with - make sure you get a copy of your virology results from your own GP and your post-course titre. You will need it as proof that you are immune later on.
