Are you worried because your mum wants to come and you don't want her to, or you'd like her to come along and would like to know your options?

I'm afraid I'm with everybody else on this one - bringing your mother to uni = social death. You've got to get your independance sometime, and that is what makes university such a great experience! My mum is brilliant, I love her to bits and we're more like firends than mother/daughter, however there's NO WAY I'd even THINK about taking her to uni with me! She's come to visit plenty of times, and met my friends etc, but that's where I draw the line!
