its a bit late as u've already applied, but the judo club at UOL - ULU is supposdifly very good! other unis with judo clubs i know of are manchester, imperial and warwick im not too sure on the other unis though.. i'm sure you could always try starting one too ~
i used to do judo when i was younger too.. (though only ever got to orange belt) but sadly stopped when i was 13, wanted to take it again at uni, but was too lazy..meh hopefully i'll be able to start again at medschool if i get in ^^
