I could only find one running thread on here, and that was solely on the London Marathon. So who out here does cross country/long distance running? I'm very interested in joining the athletic union at Manchester. I've been running for about a year now at club level and my PB's have come crashing down and I've been running distances from 3k (a distance in which I came 4th out of 500 in one race) up to half marathons. I prefer roads, but cross country is always a laugh (especially if you don't have spikes like me
