I'm sorry to disappoint you, but this marvellous wealth of knowledge is not courtesy of my rather inadequate brain but is brought to you via the wonder that is the world wide web. I just get sick of people asking questions to which the answers can so easily be found through a simple search, email, phone call etc, so find the information myself. As you can see, the PLAB info took me all of four minutes to find, copy, paste and post - hardly much effort!
You'll be pleased to know that I am not in fact 163 years old and will be quite happy for you to retain your title as the oldest person here!
